We were very excited to get our hands on an advance copy of the new Saturday Kitchen cooking bible.

It looks fabulous so congratulations to everyone who helped put it together, from everyone at Cactus TV and Orion to James Martin and all the very fine chefs whose recipes and tips appear in the book.
