It’s not pretty – and it’s a bit of a waste of good wine. But spitting wine is essential if you want to be able to try lots of wines in one go.

We made this short video to encourage people to use the spittoons at our wine festival! Thanks to Chris Bowerman for the expert filming and Paddy Bowerman for the expert editing.
