A Cheeky Pink from India!

It’s not every day you get to recommend an Indian rosé on BBC1! This one’s juicy and fun, with plenty of succulent plummy fruit and a soft, easy-going feel. I paired it on Saturday Kitchen with Donal Skehan’s buffalo chicken wings, which had both spicy and sweetish flavours, always a tricky combo. It’s great value at the reduced price and makes a wonderful way to toast the new spring sunshine. (Peter)
